Watch iron artisans and blacksmiths create works of art.

Over a two-hour period, watch world class iron artisans and blacksmiths create an iron art piece using only traditional equipment of hammers, anvils and the forge.

There'll be traditional and non-traditional categories on Saturday and Sunday morning. Try your hand at this craft in the "Have a Go" tent assisted by one of the professional blacksmiths.

On Sunday, the mystery challenge sees competitors selecting a piece of steel with 15 minutes to design their art and 45 minutes to create it.

Judging of all events is on Sunday at noon. You can take home one of these timeless works of art through the auction on Sunday, with proceeds returned to the community through the local Highfields and Crows Nest Lions Clubs.
