History of Blacksmiths Magic Festival

From very humble beginnings in 2000.

The Blacksmiths Magic Festival has evolved from a few passionate enthusiasts with a dream to what is now a National and International Event.

The Concept:

To create an event which caters for experienced and novice enthusiasts in iron art, in a way that encourages learning and fellowship amongst participants and to do so in a way that is exciting for the public to watch.

I am pleased to say that this has been achieved plus much more, because of the way it is structured. The Blacksmiths Magic Festival creates an air of mystery and excitement for both participant and onlooker and is in fact developing its own personality.

However, as tradesmen we have the utmost respect for the traditional methods and the origins of our craft.
